Debbie has a Masters in HR Management and more than 25 years’ experience working within organizations as an internal Organizational Development Consultant and Senior Leader.

Through her experience and qualifications with a variety of workplace assessments, Debbie supports organizations to gain insight, interpret results, recommend and implement action plans.
